Hu Zhenmin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Hebei Province. He was born in 1946. Since 2006, Hu serves as Secretary of Party Group, Member of the Secretariat, and Vice-Chairman of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. He is currently an Alternate Member of 17th CPC Central Committee.
