Biography Highlight

Hong Puzhou, male, Han nationality, is a native of Ruijian, Zhejiang province. He was born in 1939, joined the CPC in 1981, and graduated from Harbin Industrial University. He is a senior engineer. Hong held leading Party posts in the Guangxi Development Planning Commission and was a delegate to the 13th and 15th CPC National Congress. He was elected vice-chairman of the standing committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regional People's Congress in 1998.
