Hong Feng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jixi County, Anhui Province. He was born in 1954, entered the work force in 1970 and joined the CPC in 1974. He was Vice Governor and Member of Leading Party Group of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government from 2003 to 2011. Since Feb. 2011, he serves as Vice-Mayor of Beijing Municipality.
