Biography

He Yafei, male, Han nationality, is a native of Ningbo, Zhejiang province. He holds a master's degree. He is a lifelong diplomat. He served as vice-minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2008-2009.

From 2012 to 2016 he was Deputy Director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council.
