Hao Linhai, male, Han nationality, is a native of Baixiang County, Hebei Province. He was born in 1953, entered the work force in 1973, and joined the CPC in 1986. From 2002 to 2007, he was Assistant Chairman of People’s Government, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Since 2007, he is Vice-Chairman, People’s Government, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
