Biography Highlight

Han Zhizhong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wenchang, Hainan province. He was born in 1941, joined the CPC in 1981 and obtained the academic credentials of the special secondary school. Han held leading posts in Qionghai county, where he was magistrate until 1992. He served as deputy director of the standing committee of the NPC of Hainan Province in 2002.
