Guo Yunchong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Qidong City, Jiangsu Province. He was born in 1953, started to work in 1973 and joined the CPC in 1981. He graduated from Lanzhou Railway Institute. He is an engineer. In 2007, he became the head of commission of discipline and inspection to Ministry of Information Industry. And in 2008, he became the head of commission of discipline and inspection to Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. In 2009, he became Vice Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
