Biography Highlight

Gu Liya, male, Han nationality, is a native of Haimen, Jiangsu Province. He was born in 1956 and graduated from Xinan Jiaotong University in 1982. With years of experience in the education and research of engineering measurements, Gu Liya is familiar with the education, politics, and CPC affairs in universities. His lectures covered three measurement courses and he published a number of articles on both the technology and CPC management affairs of universities. Several ministry-level research projects are under his direction.
