Biography Highlight

Gao Quanli, male, Han nationality. He was born in 1950, and is a member of the CPC and a university graduate. Gao began his career in the army, as well as serving as secretary to Chinese leaders. He transferred to the State Council, where he directed the personnel department of the Government Offices Administration. Gao Quanli was appointed vice-president of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2000.
