Biography
Fu Chengyu, male, Han nationality, was born in 1951. He graduated from the Northeast Petroleum Institute and received a master's degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Southern California. Fu previously worked in China's Daqing, Liaohe and Huabei oilfields. He joined China National Offshore Oil Corporation in 1982. He has over 30 years of experiences in the oil industry in China, and he was appointed president of the China National Offshore Oil Corporation in 2003.
In 2007, he became a member of the 17th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
