E Jingping, male, Han nationality, is a native of Hebei province. He was born in 1956, graduated from the North China Hydraulic Engineering Institute, and joined the CPC in 1977. He held leading posts at the Ministry of Water and Electric Power, and he began his career at the Ministry of Water Resources in 1983.
Now he is Vice-Minister and Deputy Secretary of Leading Party Group, Ministry of Water Resources. He is also Deputy Director of the State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters.
