Biography
Ding Wenchang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Suxian County, Anhui Province. He was born in 1933, and joined the CPC in 1956.
Ding Wenchang was a student of the Air Force Aviation School and consequently held positions in the Military Area Air Force Unit. In 1996, he was conferred with the rank of general.
Ding was a member of the 14th and 15th CPC Central Committees.
