Biography
Cheng Siwei, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xiang City, Hunan province. He was born in 1935, graduated from UCLA in the USA, and obtained a master's degree. Cheng is a senior engineer and a member of the China Democratic National Construction Association.
Cheng Siwei is chairman of the China Soft-Science Research Society and director of the science management division of the China National Natural Science Foundation.
