Biography
Chen Zhenggao, male, Han Nationality, was born in 1952 and is a native of Haicheng of Liaoning Province. He served as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee from 2011 to 2014. He was Governor of Liaoning Province from 2008 to 2014.
He is a member of the 18th CPC Central Committee and from 2014 to 2017 we was Minister of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
