Chen Xuefeng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Qixian County, Henan Province. He was born in 1958 and graduated from China University of Mining and Technology in 1982. From 2008 to 2011, he was Chairman of Board of the Directors and Secretary of CPC Party Committee of the Henan Province Coal Chemical Industry Group. Since 2011, he is Vice Governor of Henan Provincial People’s Government.
