Biography
Chen Junsheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Huanan County, Heilongjiang Province. He was born in 1927 and joined the CPC in 1947.
Chen spent most of his career in Party leadership roles at the county and provincial level in Heilongjiang Province. He began as a worker in the 2nd Work Group of the Heilongjiang Provincial Government and later became a standing committee member of the CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee. In 1981, he became secretary of the CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee. He later became secretary-general of the State Council.
Chen was a member of the 13th and 14th CPC Central Committees and a delegate to the 12th and 15th CPC National Congresses. He was also a deputy to the 6th NPC.
