Biography Highlight

Chen Chuanping, male, Han nationality, is a native of Pinglu County of Shanxi Province. He was born in 1962, started to work in 1982 and joined CPC in 1985. Chen graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University with a Master Degree in 2006. He served as Vice-Governor of Shanxi Province Government from 2008 to 2010. He is currently an Alternate Member of 17th CPC Central Committee and Secretary of CPC Taiyuan City Party Committee of Shanxi Province.
