Baiqen Erdini Qoigyi Gyaincain, male, Tibetan nationality，is a native of Xunhua County, Qinghai Province. He was born in 1938 and died in 1989. He was the 10th Panchen Lama, and Vice-Chairman of the 2nd CPPCC National Committee.
