Bai Jingfu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Fengrun County of Hebei province. He was born in 1945, graduated from the law department of Department of Law of Jilin University in 1970, and joined the CPC in 1973. He became deputy secretary of the CPC Committee of the Ministry of Public Security in 2005.
