Bai Aying, male, Han nationality, is a native of Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province. He was born in 1955, entered the work force in 1972 and joined the CPC in 1975. Since 2006, he is Director and Secretary of CPC Party Committee of State-Owed Property Supervision Committee of Shaanxi Province. Since 2011, he is Deputy Director of Shaanxi Province Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee.
