Biography Highlight

Cai Fuchao, male, Han nationality, is a native of Beijing Municipality. He was born in 1951, entered the work force in 1971, and joined the CPC in 1979. He was Director of Publicity Department of CPC Beijing Municipal Committee from 2002 to 2011 and Vice Mayor of Beijing Municipality from 2008 to 2011. Since March 2011, he serves as Director of State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and Deputy Director of Publicity Department of CPC Central Committee.
